Arsenal game Monday
At least they will be as tired as us after that display and result. Please note the commentators words of “Arsenal’s defence cannot deal with crosses” let’s hope the full backs, Curtis and Kenny were listening.

The FA Cup is now Arsenal's only hope of silverware now this season - I suspect they'll play the big guns.

Re: Arsenal game Monday
Last night's performance and result can go one of two ways for us!
I suspect they will behave like the wounded beast, but let's hope they are emotionally and physically drained.

Apart from those at Fratton Park we will also probably have the support of most TV viewers!

I hope KJ plays Whatmough on Monday. Maybe it's hard on suspended Burgess, who for me runs neck-and-neck with Naylor as Player of the Season so far, but we need to bed Jack in alongside Raggett in prep for the much more important games against Peterborough and Fleetwood.

Not a bad call that. Hadn't thought of it in that way. Who'd be a manager, eh?Dinksy wrote: ↑Sat Feb 29, 2020 12:25 pm I hope KJ plays Whatmough on Monday. Strange Team, but understandable :
Bass, Bolton, McCrorie,Burgess, Seddon, Close, McGeechan, Evans, Williams, Harness & Harrison

No replays now so we can look forward to a great draw in the next round or focusing on promotion and being the first team to retain the EFL trophy. Relax and enjoy.

Re: Arsenal game Monday
Better team in the first half. Worst player on the pitch scores a sucker punch goal on half time.
I really don't miss the histrionics of premier league players, my god they all whinge and cry.
Ceballos fouled by close, went down screaming and grabbing his foot, even though it wasnt touched in the tackle. Pleaded for a card, when it was obvious it wasnt coming got up and walked away.

A well-fought defeat will suit us nicely I suspect.
Who knew that Bolton was such a decent CB (Kenny I guess!).
