Not a fan of the collar myself, always think they make the kit look more like a golf shirt.

We can call them the Suffragettes, if it's any consolation?portchesterblue wrote: ↑Fri Jul 31, 2020 5:58 pm Almost as stylish as red with a white sash
Can't call you the stripeys anymore
I before E except when you run a feisty heist on a weird beige foreign neighbour

FYI the collar does undo. My shirt turned up today. I would advise against getting the sleeves added as they look like *****.

Thanks Sam. Any chance you could post a picture of the shirt with sleeves?

No stress. Figured as I've been posting on here for over 13 years on and off I'd let you guys see my ugly mug after playing footy as well as a bonusPompey Penguin wrote: ↑Tue Aug 04, 2020 4:26 pmThanks Sam. Any chance you could post a picture of the shirt with sleeves?

Away kit announced. Shirts white, shorts & socks black. Er, that's it... not very inspiring, but OK if you want a plain white shirt.

I like the away shirt a lot, the best in a while.
I've always preferred simpler designs, particularly as shirts have so many extras on them these days. Club badge, sponsor, manufacturer logo, League logo, Player number, player name, rear sponsor, etc.

I think it’s a case of you get what you’re given style wise with these kits, they are just the standard kits you can buy for your 5 a side teams with badges on as they are just sport rather than Nike designed ones.

Yes. Mark Catlin dealt with this in one of his monthly reports. A club can go with a small designer/producer and get a unique kit, or go with a big company like Nike where (unless you are a top club) it is a limited choice from their catalogue. The former might seem better, but the trade off is that the club gets a lot less money than the latter option.richisbradders wrote: ↑Fri Aug 28, 2020 9:54 am I think it’s a case of you get what you’re given style wise with these kits, they are just the standard kits you can buy for your 5 a side teams with badges on as they are just sport rather than Nike designed ones.
Catlin never actually said it, but clubs must also take into account that fans will buy the shirt regardless.
