Meanwhile, reports suggest Mbappe will be paid £13M per season, plus a £128M signing on fee, when he joins Real Madrid in the summer. What a ****ing joke football has become.

Unhealthy and premature speculation, imho. Each of the top four sides has to play the other three. Those six games will go a long way to deciding who goes up. Seven wins and avoiding defeat in those three '6 pointers' should see us up. Each of the six clubs will think it is in their hands, so in short, there is a long way to go.

I’m not giving a thought to the Championship. Just hope my old nerves hold up during the next few weeks.
