Nice one. A very good insight into the club. Fingers crossed for the North Stand and the various ambitions for the area.

I found the section about the North Stand really interesting. Sounds like they have some ideas around ways to fund it too.

He does like to talk but I don’t think you can argue with what he says. He gives the impression of someone who knows the subject inside out.

As others have said, it feels like there is a well thought through plan that is being followed for the long term.

I feel more confident having watched this. Thanks for the link.

Interesting explanation of the financial implications of increasing Fratton end capacity. And the extra costs in the Championship.I hope he sleeps well! He has a lot to think about.
