Holiday home to rent, South West France

Three main Bedrooms, Two Double and One Twin. One further room that can be used as a bedroom or as a lounge; there's a sofa-bed in one of them which can sleep two.
Satellite dish, so you can get BBC, ITV etc. DVD player and Video.
No garden, but there is a large sun terrace at the top of the house, with a smaller one on the first floor level and a very small one on the ground floor level.
Two Kitchens; one on the ground floor, with all necessary equipment: Fridge/Freezer, Washing Machine, kettle, toaster, gas stove etc.
Main bathroom downstairs and one shower room (with toilet) on the first floor, so the place can be split into two self-contained units by locking a door.
Mobile phone coverage is limited in the house, but there is a landline, for which we would ask for a deposit, returnable minus call costs.

L'Ancienne Boulangerie

In the Aude region of Languedoc-Rousillion. About 20 mins north of Carcassonne.

Getting there.
Flights to Carcassonne (20 mins from the house) are available from Stansted. You can get to many other close by airports e.g. Beziers, Perpignon, Toulouse - all of which are around an hour from the house.
There is lots to do in the area. Carcassonne itself is a stunning medieval city, almost fully restored. The sea is over an hours drive, but there are plenty of lakes nearby which are beautiful and well used by the locals for swimming, boating etc. Around these lakes, are many great walks and cycle paths. Spain is only 90 minutes away; Andorra about 2 hours.
