Plasterer?

Hi All,
Need a plasterer willing to work in Fareham / Stubbington (2 properties).
Fareham job is a small 1 storey extension (floor, walls, ceiling) and then some work on the adjoining lounge.
Stubbington job is a bit bigger, most upstairs bedrooms skimmed (and possibly drylined if the price is right, otherwise will do that myself). Not so sure about the hall yet, but that may need doing too.
Anybody know anyone affordable happy to work for cash?
