Petition
This is way off topic, but a number of my colleagues have had their jobs put at risk recently. The process which led to this has been incredibly flawed and they are being treated very poorly. Your support would be appreciated (even if you think i'm a tree hugging, limp wrested, bicycling leftie liberal sponging off the tax payer):

I looked up their website earlier...and I still didn't get it!the_lock_man wrote:BTW, who or what is Peanut?
They claim to be 'jargon free' but this doesn't seem to apply to said site.

Re: Petition
Participatory research is when you involve the people you're researching in the research process. If i was doing a project on Southampton fans, rather than me thinking up research questions about issues i think affect them, the fans would be involved in developing the areas the I (and them) would investigate. Fortunately Peanut are great at using tools which break down barriers (almost like games), which would be essential when trying to get useful insights from Southamptoners.
