What is especially important here is that this is about recent performance on the field.

Although we need to raise new funds, recruit players, etc., Pompey's ultimate success will be measured in how we perform in matches. Hence, these awards suggest that we are moving in the right direction both on and off the park.

Let's hope for a good win at Shrewbury tomorrow. PUP!
