Ah, thats normally the first sign he is off.
I will have money on it if he does not get agreement to splash some cash in the January window he will be off, citing all sorts of crap about not being able to do his job, would have loved to have stayed to keep them up, not his fault, the owners fault for not backing him, blah blah blah....
