I am doing some research on women and sport and I would appreciate a few minutes of your time to share your thoughts. The survey is anonymous and can be found here:

Thanks in advance.

Done, but I would be worried by some of the answers that people in here might give :-)

I'm refusing to do it, due to a misleading title. There's plenty of sports beyond football, and participation in a lot of these by women has been on the up since 2012.

Done, but I wish the people who ask us to do these surveys would provide a link to the results when they come out.

It is poor practice to not include an opening page stating what the project is about, how the data from it will be used, and (sometimes on the final page) how to find out about the results. The latter is usually done through giving an email, but if you've posted on fora to get participants it makes sense to post links to results. If personal information is given there should also be a way to withdraw your answers from the research at any time.

I'm not filling in the survey partly because of the poor practice, but mainly because some of the questions a kind of leading.
