I did see something yesterday that Viv S-O had rubbished claims he's turned down both a new contract at Brum, and ourselves, but then deleted the Tweet.

The claims were published by a website that seems to specialise in football stories about those with links to Nigeria.

I'm still not sure about Bogle. He was absolute dynamite with Grimsby, and you don't just lose that overnight - the ability has to be there. Indeed, he scored 4 goals in the first 6-8 games he played. We've seen with all our signings in January, permanent and loan, that they suffered from a lack of match fitness and were very injury-prone. Perhaps, just perhaps, with a decent pre-season, he might just turn out to be the front man we need. If the transfer fee and wage requirements aren't that great, it might be worth a punt for a season, with an option for a second.
