So that’s now 5 out and 2 in both loans I suppose we could maybe get another loanee but I would say not to be in the match day squad unless you leave Hirst out
That still leaves us short up front I would hope there is a plan to bring contracted players in this window with the money released by off loading Harrison and Marquis

Lots of positive comments about Walker from Coventry fans only criticism is apparently he doesn’t press. However they reckon he’ll score lots of goals in our league pup

Loved Cowley's comment along the lines of "I've spoken more to Tyler's agent than my wife in the last couple of weeks"

I'd rather that than a number 9 that runs around for 90 minute like a headless chicken that couldn't hit a cow's ar$e with a banjoPompey1984+1 wrote: ↑Tue Jan 18, 2022 2:33 pm My Coventry scouts tell me he is lazy but will score goals.

So, up front we'll have the progeny of David Hirst and Des Walker. Not together, mind.

Re: Tyler Walker - has signed.
Mention of Benjani takes me back over other successful strikers we signed. Names that none of us had heard of at that time, but can easily recall now. Will Walker come anywhere near emulating these.
Hately, Kemp, Yakubu, Whittingham out of the Army, LuaLua, Crouch unknown at the time, Bradbury out of the Army, etc etc
