PSA - Ticket Issues at MK Dons

Post by Sam_Brown »

Anyone currently collecting tickets be wary as they aren’t working on the gates and we are all being sent back to the away end ticket office to get it sorted.

Must have taken over an hour to get sorted. People were getting frustrated. Seemed like poor communication on the day. One guy said he’d been to three different ticket offices with them all telling him to go to another one.

Told us to go to a gate and someone would be manually checking the tickets only to get there with a few hundred fans and the guy on the the gates had no idea and no way to override the barriers. In the end they just started letting everyone in a side door and not checking the tickets so it could have gotten a bit chaotic in another time.

Not sure if the Pompey ticket offices fault or the grounds. Going to go with the ground as signage and communication all around was pretty poor.

I found the signage great into the ground and straight to the well sign posted bar
