I see from the BBC report that it is being suggested that one of the people involved in agreeing the deal to buy Wigan failed the FA's fit and proper test in the last twelve months when they tried to buy Morecombe. It must be a serious concern for Wigan fans that the deal to sell the club comes apart too now.
