Totally agree. Perhaps they are in the offing and will come later down the line. I don't know what size the budget is but I would assume we will be paying fees and/or good money in salaries to attract the best players we can. So I wonder if we are getting the cheapest of our transfer business over the line first so as to see what money is available later.
