I did wonder what promises the club must have made to entice Selles to join as manager. Not often do you see someone who has managed at the Premier league level take a L1 role and then of course Reading were subject to a winding up order and transfer embargo too.
I wonder if Selles might regret joining Reading if the transfer embargo stays in place for any period of time and the club are given a pts deduction for failing to pay the players on time last season.
