Very good interview. sadly, there is a danger that neither Big John nor Rich Hughes will be with us much longer than this season if all goes to plan. PUP

If that was to happen, we have shown we know the ingredients required. We just then have to go out and find them again - a bit like Brighton do with managers and players alike.

Which shows the value of a structure and philosophy and not an all change approach when a manager changes.
