Lane hsa slight tear injury - out 2 weeks
Mousinho has confirmed that Paddy Lane is out of the game this Saturday vs Blackpool. Scans have revealed a slight muscle tear.
The good news is that the injury is not likely to keep him out for long. Mousinho indicated that keeping him out of the game with Blackpool was going to be sufficient and he used the word for not involving Lane on Saturday as 'precautionary'.
I'd expect Whyte to come into the side on the right side on Saturday to replace Lane. Kamara on the left side and Mason on the bench as cover for both.

I'd expect Whyte to come into the side on the right side on Saturday to replace Lane. Kamara on the left side and Mason on the bench as cover for both.

I would also expect **y** to come in but in the snooze interview yesterday Moushino never ruled out using Kamara as it is his natural position
Whoops bl**dy auto correct should have read Whyte

Lowery, Pack (should be back this weekend) Poole, Ogilvie, Scully and now Paddy. Do Blackpool have any injury problems
You can take the man out of Pompey
But you can`t take Pompey out of the man

yes they do. I think they have two forwards out injured for this game and Rhodes is having to be nursed through games right now as he is carrying an injury too but Blackpool need him to play. They have one or two potentially returning from injury this week - including their captain - much like Pompey actually in that regards.BlueinPLtwenty wrote: ↑Thu Nov 23, 2023 9:07 am Lowery, Pack (should be back this weekend) Poole, Ogilvie, Scully and now Paddy. mind you Blackpool thumped Shrewsbury last weekend and they are unbeaten in a fair few too so this is by no means an easy game on Saturday

Before beating Shrewsbury they hadn't won in 3... They had taken 7 points from their last 5 games.
It's by no means a gimmie - but we have nothing to be afraid of and they probably have more to be worried about than us. Even with our injuries.
