Shrewsbury
Another nervy afternoon ahead. The price we pay for success. I think I’d happily end my days with Pompey in mid table mediocrity. In the Premier League of course.
Today? A single goal win will do.

Re: Shrewsbury
although Shrewsbury are 11th in the table, their goal difference is minus fourteen, which is fourth worst in the division.
they have also only scored thirteen goals all season - (21 league games) and only Exeter and Cheltenham have scored less in the league.
their defence has conceeded 27 goals which is equal eigth worse in the division.
Their 11th position in the table is a false position in my view therefore and their record indicates that Pompey should be looking for a clean sheet and to put pressure on that defense.
2-0 win for me for Pompey today

Re: Shrewsbury
Obviously want Pompey win today but for me the icing on the cake would be for Yengi to show he can be a consistent striker and Robertson to establish he can be successful as a number 10 as he was at 8.

Re: Shrewsbury
Bolton losing 2-0 and a man down, both Peterborough and Oxford leapfrogged them as currently winning, come on Pompey a win would be great here to keep distance off chasing pack.....

Goal from Pompey Kamara in the Golden Period a minute from half time knocks the opposition for six

Re: Shrewsbury
What a tremendous day for results!! Apart from Pompey winning 3-0 away all the other important results, apart from Oxford, were beneficial to us!
