Just seen this one as well. Rotherham have Leam Richardson as Manager who previously managed Lang and they are in the Championship (not for long though) as well as being "Up North"

Lost his way a bit the last few seasons - can't have been easy with all the shenanigans at Wigan.

Broadly fits the bill of what we are trying to do, bit 'Paddy Lane' if you will.

Also linked with Derby, and I'd say they are more likely to get him than either us or Rotherham.
