Anyone else have a match day meal
Today it’s beef casserole
Every Saturday home match before I leave for the game I put a slow cook casserole in the oven before I leave either Beef Lamb or chicken
Get home to a nice hot meal with crusty bread and butter

Today's delectation will be home-made red Thai chicken curry. Some years ago I purchased a small lime tree whose leaves we use when cooking Thai curry...it really does make all the difference to the flavours making it really authentic and pungent.
