It`s a bit chilly here so we`ve had Homemade Leek & Potato soup with grated cheese and buttered bagette

Pulled Pork (Memphis style), topped with onions, peppers and cheese. With skin on fries.

I'm guessing that makes it some sort of Philly?

Mind you, it does look good although my definition of a chilli is quick and easy.

Defo the beer. Both wife and I like to play chef. She is naturally good at it. The type of person who would win those cooking shows where you get 5 random ingredients and 30 minutes. I'm more of an internet chef. I like to pick things with lots of ingredients. If I get good feedback from the diners, its saved and you'll get it again. That chili has had a lot of good comments.
