Re: Assuming we get promoted how different will the team look next season?

Just starting with I think it’s a good question to ask so I don’t get the haters here. GK - Norris could do a job in the next tier, don’t see any reason why not Def - Poole, Shaughnessey, Rafferty could start, I’d hold onto Swanson and Towler Mid - Morrell could start. Hold onto Pack for experience ...

Re: Top of the League.

I have supported Pompey for over 60 years. If there was one message I'd convey to the US owners, it would be to buy younger players, who want to move their careers and the team forward. Youth, hunger, energy and incentivised contracts is the formula for success. Buying players whose careers are fad...

Re: Milton End Update.

How can you say its coming along nicely. Its a fcuking embarrassment. Woking are not even in the EFL and they got a lovely 3k stand planned Our owners = no ambition https://www.thenationalleague.org.uk/woking-play-their-cards-right-with-new-stadium-new-55223 Link is 4 years old, those plans were ca...

Re: Michael Smith

One of my family members was friends with his family so I had a few updates about how he was getting on whilst with us. I always liked him to be honest. From what I was told though, the situation got so bad the authorities said it would be best he left the club (hence the move to Northampton) as he ...

Re: Wrexham

I agree it was an exciting game with plenty of incident, I am not sure what the sending off was all about though. I think what helped making it exciting was the contrast of styles. I thought Sheffield United played the more cultured football while Wrexham played the lower league stuff with the odd ...

Where did this 99.7% figure come from, so far 262m people have had it and 5.2m have died. That’s 98% roughly

Re: Covid - Omicron Variant - I don't even know how to feel anymore.

World studies show that vaccinated and non-vaccinated get the virus and while vax people may, in some cases, get a lesser Covid experience, in others they may get a worse one. With this strain, kids will still have a 99.997% chance of surviving and getting antibodies that many governments will not ...

It’s got to be a worry, I’ve been a st holder for 21 years but can’t go to the next two game, wouldn’t be surprised if they dip below 10k?

Re: Running! - Anyone on here run \ jog at all?

I used to run quite a bit but have gone cold turkey for a number of years as I felt it just wasn’t good for me, I was creaking at the seams in my last race. For me there are much better ways to keep fit.

Re: Do you still wear a mask? Do you care if others don't?

I still wear a mask yes, partially feel safer walking around where there are a lot of people and also there are times when I have to touch surfaces and not able to wash my hands so it stops me from touching my face in the interim.
