Can anyone assist on offering their services or recommending a sparky in LH?

My downstairs lights are not working, well, all apart from 1, so its not the fuse. Ive tried fixing myself, but just cannot fathom out the issue, hopefully something simple

I have this is AVI format & Ive converted it to 3gp too so it can be put on mobile phones
