Re: Danny Cowley sacked
He had to go.. No choice.. whos next? Liam Richardson or Lee Bowyer I'd go and chat to some Charlton and Birmingham supporters before pushing Bowyer's name forward. Sterile safety first football, no plan b and poor use of substitutes. Haven't we just dispensed with that an hour ago? That every mana...

Re: Please f**k off Cowley
I did say I wouldn't comment on Pompey because one of the reasons being that my veiws are rather negative concerning the near future for our club, and have been for sometime. I expected this present run to happen at the beginning of the season, although I obviously hoped I would be wrong. My whole ...

Re: World Cup Final
I haven't watched a single second of the competition but my friends in Holland were anything but complimentary about the Argies after their match against them. For that reason alone I side with you.

Re: Please f**k off Cowley
Unlike recent seasons I've subjected myself to the torture that is following Pompey home and away this time around. My view for what it's worth is that we have a lower league/non league management, coaching and medical team and we are seeing the appropriate performances on the pitch and the poor inj...

https://www.portsmouth.co.uk/sport/football/portsmouth-fc/portsmouths-south-stand-transformation-with-a-nod-to-preserving-the-structures-rich-96-year-history-3401382 In answer to your question the club went public yesterday. The South I think looks good, but the North is going to end up much more c...

Re: This board.
I’m all for free speech. So this is what I think. The original post was a stupid thing to write. I won’t waste words in pointing out the nonsense in it. The first response was all that was needed. And now the sooner this thread is closed, the better. :thumb :thumb :thumb (I think that's the way it'...

Re: Harrow Borough
Well I think yesterday dispelled any notion that John Marquis remains an effective forward irrespective of whether he plays up there on his own or as part of a pair. Two part-time, non league defenders had him in their pocket all afternoon and the complete lack of applause when he was withdrawn spok...

Re: This board.
Yup. Also find it strange a lot of posters with the same opinions all have post counts in the single digits or double digits and we’re all created around the same time. Love for Rubi to do an IP check as it wouldn’t surprise me if they were all the same person 🤣 Oi! I hope 160 posts (161 now) doesn...

Re: Dan Cowley
Not wishing to stir things up even more but I was at the Guildhall the night of the sales pitch and Eisner absolutely stated that if Tornante were to purchase the club there would be 'year on year improvements both on and off the field'. I'd agree that off field the club is in a much stronger positi...

Re: Harrow Borough
I was on to the ticket office earlier to arrange another ticket for Saturday and asked roughly how many had been sold. The reply was "About 4,000 or so".
Looks like there'll be plenty of room to stretch out then.
