There is a 'fighting fund' set up, if anyone wants to help support him and his family. Fantastic support from the Pompey Family and fans up and down the country (including a large number of our neighbours):

Great stuff, thank you all for your support. We've beaten our target of £32,000 and still have money coming in.

More adventures in shameless promotion... Tomorrow, the #bigpompeyride heads up to York in anticipation of the start of our 300 mile ride back to Pompey. We'll be arriving at Fratton Park in time for kick-off on Saturday. We're aiming to raise £32,000 in support of seven local charities & one in...

Big Pompey Ride
Hi chaps, I've not been around in a while, hope you're all well and apologies for shamelessly promoting this on here; but, it's all for a good cause… As you may know, last year I was one of 20 lads who cycled to Bury for our last away game of the season. We raised over £20,000. This year, we're doin...

Cheers '85. Just got your pm mate.
Oh and a special mention to Jasp - thanks mate, very generous of you. The support around the ride has been incredible - it's been an inspiration and has got me through some tough training rides. We all hope it continues as we enter the final week before the big off.

#ridetobury
Don't know if any of you have heard about the 12th Man 'Ride to Bury'..? I'm one of 21 riders who are cycling 300 miles to Bury for the last game of the season. We are raising money for PCFC shares and the #FightForJack fund (proceeds to be split equally). If you wanted to know more, or would like t...

Re: O/T: BTG - NAS drives or personal cloud ?
I've got a Synology Diskstation NAS, I can log into it and grab files from anywhere with a web connection. I use apps to access it from idevices to listen to music / watch movies. Hardware was relatively cheap, but the two 3Tb drives bumped the price up a bit

Re: I doff my cap...
given the general diversion of the thread into the relative merits of social media, rather than engaging with the subject material... i guess it's no surprise that homosexuality in football stays well, y'know, mm, harumph, err, mmm, fancy a pint?
