I would agree with that. I also think corporate boxes would be a major benefit (and moneyspinner) to the club. Conference Facilities, Function rooms, banquetting facilities. I think finding ways to use Fratton to boost the commercial revenue streams is far more important than aspirations of a bigger stadium for the time being. Need to get the ground doing business 365 days a year not just match days.

No matter how badly we played at York its impossible not to have a great day... 80 odd real ale boozers in the city centre. Will be the first fixture I look for next season assuming we stay up.

I don't beleive we would have got Barker if it wasnt for him bringing Steve Coppell, I feel the board / selection pannel thought this was a coup far too good to turn down. We have been playing much better under Ritchie, the results will come. We didnt look like winning under Whittingham, despite popular opinion I don't think we actually scored that many goals under Whittingham either.
