Jordan Cross just said on FH that Portpin are in the box seat but being tied right down by the FL. the FL are fully aware of their past and of their possible motives for reclaiming control and are trying to pin them right down befor rubber stamping the deal.

If the FL is fully aware of their past, then surely they cannot approve them as fit and proper persons (or appropriate directors and owners or whatever it's called these days)?

It's a no-brainer - simply declare them unfit. If the FL don't do that then the only conclusion is that palms are being greased.
Stop looking for solutions to symptoms and start identifying the disease.
