Looks like some high scoring all round, with another good week for the Blues

With all due respect ,. Why have you taken it upon yourself to start posting like this

I cannot speak for anyone else , but I would prefer to look at the results and work it out for myself .
The only person who should be posting final results is No shot Sherlock IMHO .

Neil puts up the official results, so anything I put up is circumstantial and I havn't listed scores. Naturally, while listening to the games I have my own running tally and consequently, as this is a message board, am able to put a message up for those who like to look at how the competition is going.Number 1 Jasper wrote:USPF .uspompeyfan wrote:Looks like some high scoring all round, with another good week for the Blues

Considering many of the Saints team don't read this board, and nothing disparaging is said to the opposition, I don't see the issue.

fair comment .
It's just that for a little while things were up and down like a yo-yo . I just want Factual scores .

jasp - I wasn't trying to antagonize...infact I was concerned when the first two scores I calculated were St Jim, Lindford and your good lady.

Only just got home after a very long day, and the next two are similarly busy so results will follow when I can.
No Premier League fixtures next Saturday so Round 8 will be Saturday 21st (I'll get the fixtures up as soon as I can).
PS. USPF, I think Jasper's point may be that perhaps you take this competition too seriously. It's not the winning that matters, it's about honouring Dougie's memory and the spirit of friendly rivalry that he held so dear.

Apologies for the delay, but here's the Round 7 results and table.
LiT finally got a win in the bottom of the table clash with Ned Kelly but, despite losing, Ned actually moves up a place as Wally took an 18-5 drubbing at the hands of St Jim. This, and Lindford's heavy defeat of Junglist, left the Reds with a +4 goal difference for the round, but these were their only two wins as FEE, Bluesbro', That's Rich and USPF added to LiT's victory leaving the Blues 12 points clear with two rounds left to play.
