Great by our fans. I know someone who leaves on the 6 a.m coach for Morecambe tomorrow. Even earlier for Sheff Wed I would expect

Just a mischievous little side plot Hirsts dad is a Wednesday ambassador I’d like to see the Sunday lunch if he scores and stops them being in the playoffs

He's a Wednesday hero. Poor George isn't even the best forward at the table for Xmas dinner.

Wednesday hate George Hirst though due to how he left the club, he won't get a good reception. I hope he thrives on it.

A large crowd, so what is the betting that 'crowd congestion' delays the kick off so Wednesday can see what they need to do depending on other results?

4 1 not a good day shows even with what’s probably our best team we are not at the required standard to get promotion. The bottom line is does DC know who we need to get us to that standard and if he has the budget to do it?

The only way we know that is in the coming weeks when we see who stays and who arrives.
Eric Eisner has been making all the right noises regarding this coming window.
As an aside will anyone want to watch the Wycombe MK Dons playoff likely to be the most boring matches ever :D

"It is actually the lowest I have ever finished as a manager in 15 seasons, in terms of me having managed a team for a full season," added Cowley.

So who’s responsible for that then got to be the players and manager I would have thought ? Really unacceptable for a club of our size.
