And developed into an extremely good centre half...wouldn't be surprised to see him back in either Prem or Champs league.

Top guy and a really good player for us, brilliant to see him in a European quarter final and would love to see them go on and win it.

I can't see him making the Premiership personally, I'm not sure he has enough about him to make a side sign him (but I think he could play there, certainly as a squad player).

One of the few players I genuine don’t have a single bad word to say about him. The closest I can come is my better half has a crush on him . But then I’m not sure I don’t either.

No bitterness when he left and wish him all the best. Seems like a class act on and off the pitch. A rare breed these days and quite refreshing to see.

Playing tonight for Union v Liverpool. Think I might watch this one just to see how Christian has developed!
