Nothing imminent, or at least that they are prepared to disclose at the moment but there is obviously aspirations - a plan if you will.
Get rid of the players parking area and relocate to the main Roko car park (fence / section off a secure parking area if required).
Get rid of the present dilapidated astro areas and tennis courts.
Rotate the U18 pitch 90degrees
Use the additional space to add in one or two further pitches side by side, same direction as the U18 rotated pitch (Or one all weather 4g with floodlights or dome) - shouldn't be any restriction to floodlights as they already exist).
That would show proper statement of intent.

Re: Training Ground & Academy: Expansion Plans
Before we go down the paranoia route can't we just accept that as fans some have different views?
Our recent history shows that we've been right to question & raise points on ownership.
Ref the no footballing matters comment, well if he/she has just joined I say give them a chance eh.
The last thing we'd want surely is to become a echo chamber where only certain views are supported.

According to the Coalition the Trus sorted ROKO and the club only bought it to save money.Portchesterblue2 wrote: ↑Fri Mar 31, 2023 9:08 ambecause they have shown no statement of intent at all so far have they, buying ROKO wasnt a statement was it, oh hang on the previous owners bought that didnt they??Isley46 wrote: ↑Mon Mar 27, 2023 12:35 pmA development and better use of the Roko footprint might be enough to bring the Academy under one roof and allow for the younger age groups to train evenings -without having to purchase additional land.Pompey1984+1 wrote: ↑Wed Mar 22, 2023 3:43 pm https://www.portsmouth.co.uk/sport/foot ... ns-4075189

Tornante bought it rather than pay rent, whether that saved money is debateable?Pompey1984+1 wrote: ↑Fri Mar 31, 2023 9:24 amAccording to the Coalition the Trus sorted ROKO and the club only bought it to save money.Portchesterblue2 wrote: ↑Fri Mar 31, 2023 9:08 ambecause they have shown no statement of intent at all so far have they, buying ROKO wasnt a statement was it, oh hang on the previous owners bought that didnt they??Isley46 wrote: ↑Mon Mar 27, 2023 12:35 pmA development and better use of the Roko footprint might be enough to bring the Academy under one roof and allow for the younger age groups to train evenings -without having to purchase additional land.Pompey1984+1 wrote: ↑Wed Mar 22, 2023 3:43 pm https://www.portsmouth.co.uk/sport/foot ... ns-4075189

The PST/Presidents did get us Roko??
The TG is a weird one with regards to Tornante, they've concentrated on revamping the Gym & getting more subscriptions there rather than sorting out the drainage for the pitches. I think thats a bit skewed myself.

Except they have said there are works planed for the training ground this summer, and it was discussed somewhere why the work wasn't done during the season. The money brought in from the gym is going to the club.pompeygunner wrote: ↑Fri Mar 31, 2023 10:04 amTornante bought it rather than pay rent, whether that saved money is debateable?Pompey1984+1 wrote: ↑Fri Mar 31, 2023 9:24 amAccording to the Coalition the Trus sorted ROKO and the club only bought it to save money.Portchesterblue2 wrote: ↑Fri Mar 31, 2023 9:08 ambecause they have shown no statement of intent at all so far have they, buying ROKO wasnt a statement was it, oh hang on the previous owners bought that didnt they??Isley46 wrote: ↑Mon Mar 27, 2023 12:35 pmA development and better use of the Roko footprint might be enough to bring the Academy under one roof and allow for the younger age groups to train evenings -without having to purchase additional land.Pompey1984+1 wrote: ↑Wed Mar 22, 2023 3:43 pm https://www.portsmouth.co.uk/sport/foot ... ns-4075189

The PST may well have "secured" ROKO, and i am never going to be little the amazing achievements of the Trust and the presidents, but securing ROKO and being able to buy it are 2 very different things
