Wycombe

Post by Mickemo »

Hoping for a very Good Friday today!

Today will be tough and is IMHO a must win match.

A win today would really heap up the pressure on the chasing pack and also give us some ‘tolerance’ prior to the upcoming matches against Derby, Bolton & Barnsley.

All that said I’m going for a score draw today.

Think Wycombe will park the bus in a tough game.

0-1 to PFC
Milton End is entering a new era with Tornante

Yep a big week for Pompey, 2 wins would be amazing, win and a draw Tuesday still be good, 2 draws not so good but there is bound to be a hiccup between now and the end of the season and chances are the chasing pack will also have some like Derby in the week, exciting times….

Wycombe are due to meet Peterborough in the EFL Trophy Final on the 7th April. Think that some of their Players are not going to risk getting injured.

Have now completed scientifically formulated pre match lunch (eggs on toast and leftover sausage from fridge) and pre match warm up (checked that beers are in fridge) and ready to take in the team sheets. The dog is banned from the room where i will be watching, as my shouts if we score scare the s--t out of him!

Every win now is golden, but this is Pompey so there are bound to be hiccups on the way.

Leicester lost today. Surely not another league leader will lose?

It was good news and bad news watching the Wrexham match. Pompey 1 up, then 1-1. Here we go again.
