It is indeed very possible now that the North stand has been re-profiled, another tier can be added behind it. However, the club would need to do the same with the Fratton End. That is the only stand that has not, but does need to be re-profiled. Even though it’s only 27 years old, it does not meet current standards.
Fans may recall that as part of the Tesco deal, 13m was retained behind the Fratton End to all it to be extended.

Ive always felt that is the sort of long term vision the Eisners are working towards, not exactly like that but something similar.
