In an, as yet unspecified, pub in Portsmouth.
We will have to go down for the weekend because if we tried to watch the game in a pub in Barrow they would turn it over for the Tiddleywinks on the other side,

If Barrow beat Worcester on Saturday, they'll be in the playoffs with the pospect of getting back in the National Conference. My friends up there are a lot more interested in that than the Cup Final!Furness wrote:In an, as yet unspecified, pub in Portsmouth.

Barrow, the arshe end of Britain.
My old man came from Barrow, so every summer when my friends were going to Cornwall or IOW, we would trek to Barrow to see his family. Lovely.

I can't be bothered anymore...

Barrow itself is quite similar to Portsea i.e. a bit of a dump! However, it is only half an hour from the Lake District which is as a nice a place as you can get.earthpig wrote:Barrow, the arshe end of Britain.

Yep, the best days of my summer holiday would be the day we drove into Barrow and the day we drove out. We'd never actually stop anywhere in the lake district itself!! The only decent trip to the lakes I had as a kid was a school geography trip.
Last year I took my wife up to the Lakes and we spent a week up there using Keswick and Westmoreland as our base.
The drive over Honiston Pass was stunning. Had to keep stopping so that I could take in the view as well.
I can't be bothered anymore...

block 504, row 20. So it appears all West-Standers, despite usually being behind the goal, wont have this option. All these ones were allocated to other fans in other parts of the ground. And was cut off twice this morning before getting through

As I predicted yesterday, all the Fratton Enders are in the gods at the side of the ground. Stupid.
