Oh yes, I can host it too :)

ddavis - you do back end stuff dont you? might be handy. i can do the design side, html, css and i can do a wee bit of php / javascript but im no genius when it comes to scripting.

does anyone think we might need to meet in a pub or something to brainstorm at some point? haha
seriously tho. i registered a domain similair to earthpig and have got free hosting on it with redstation for a year so we can get something up speedy like. back end stuff will be hand once we know exactly what we want it to do. i can do the old contact forms and all that malarchy but nothing seriously hectic on the scripting side. so if we agree on a site that hand writes a letter by feather pen, wax stamps it, flys it by pigeon over to the council and then inserts it into the anal facility of nimbys at the council... i will be calling on you and ddavis

i should be able to rope in a few favours with my contacts in the print industry. wouldn't be a bad idea to flyer the first couple of home games of the season, to get the URL and intent out there. i'm also happy to throw in my time on front-end visual stuff.

I do back end stuff too, although i'm .net and it sounds like php is the way you're looking to go...

That said, I can probably write something for facebook. I've linked a few of my mates games, might be able to get something sorted. Might even be able to persuade him to reskin a game in pfc colours.

Rubi, do you have your own IPS TAG?

I've registered supportpfcstadium.co.uk and supportpfcstadium.org.uk which I'm happy to transfer over to you. If not then let me know if you want to host the DNS or to give me an ip address for the A records.
I have set up an account on my server for you. I've emailed you the details: DNS settings, login etc.

How are we doing with this?

Could we throw up something basic yet punchy and inspirational, while the site-proper is being designed?

Hadn't really done much yet ENID to be totally honest. Think Im gonna have a look at it tonight tho.

I got a couple of pics through last week.

I tried to dig out the thread on here with all your comments regarding what the site should do/contain but can't find it. I dont think it's old enough to have been pruned but I cant see it. It was called something like 'so who thinks the stadium will ever get built then?' by 1985 and it ran for about 8 pages.

HB - Ill set up a fan page on FB in a sec. then if i can get a splash up with a link to that then at least we have some focal point whilst we build the site.
