Egg Chasing!

Post by Pompey Junglist »

Should be a great tournament this year! Wide open but I think Ireland have to start favourites after the Autumn internationals. As for tonight.. 16-9 to the Taffs I reckon.

Although the runes may indicate thus, together with a welcome in the hillside and the bleat of sheep, I have a feeling that the so-called patched up men in white may spring a surprise and the daffodils may end up a tad bedraggled........

I'm also in the surprise-result camp. Engerland by a short head.

Well that would be nice to see but I'm pessimistic about England's chances.

I think England's second row might struggle.

All the games will be 0-0
I mean....how are you going to get a touch down if you can only pass backwards?

13 - 8 to the Welsh at the moment and more skill and contact than the whole of the Super Bowl.

I doubt if the adverts or half time entertainment will be that impressive...There you go.

We'll put up with a marching band on the pitch and an advert for toothpaste and tampons on the telly

I don't hate America or Americans. Just sick of having their culture thrust upon us.

30 men of pure muscle, only marginal padding on the forwards, beating the living shot out of each other for 80 minutes = sport.

Also, ****** score! Great try!

Actually I love ruggers.....tell you what though, y'all may not have noticed this as for y'all it would have been gradual.....but I didn't see any ruggers for about 15 yrs and when I got to watch it again on tv the players are way, way more athletic than they used to be.

Great win by a injury-hit XV.

An easy game next then it's to the plastic lions den for the favourites.

Absolutely awesome performance by the England Rugby team. Also, do not underestimate the significance of that win. For me, that now means we win the the 6 Nations, AND more importantly get through to the semis at least of the WC. #Swinglow

Haskell MOTM for me, closely followed by Ben Youngs, with Twelvetrees for last 5 minutes.Great stuff!

Great win by Engerland....despite some untimely and unnecessary substitutions by Lancaster (he must've had lessons from Awfs).

George Ford had a great game tonight, but I have this sneaky suspicion they may put Farrell back in. Slightly controversial, but I'd rather they risked Danny Cipriani. He's the man!
