This is an interesting solution that's come out of the Fans Conference which has now been adopted by the club and made available to season ticket holders.
Such Fans who join the scheme by paying £25 and will be asked to select a group along with other people in their ‘friends and family’ network, with games allocated to each group on a rotational basis. It seems like match tickets will be priced at £34 if your group has a game allocated to them.
Is this a good idea? I personally am pleased to have the chance to retain my seat for 21/22 season but wonder if £25 is an acceptable price to pay given that many of us have been loyal season tickets for many years, in my case 43 years. What price loyalty?
