As of now, all 6 English teams have withdrawn, as have Inter Milan and Atletico Madrid (I note that neither Real nor Barca have, they being two clubs in massive debt).

Andrea Agnelli, chairman of Juve and member of the family that founded Fiat, has admitted that the project is almost certain to not proceed.

Arsenal have apologised to their fans, as has John Henry, Liverpool owner, and Daniel Levy at Tottenham.
