So everyone will get £200 off their bill this year and when it comes to repaying, everyone will get £40 added to their bill for the next five years even if you only have a bill from then! So this means if you are living with 5 people in a flat this year and those five people move out into their own houses they will each pay back £200 meaning £1000 paid back for £200 credit this year. Also if you currently are living at home and you move out in the next five years you will be paying it back even though you didn't benefit!

Who thinks up this crap. I'm sure someone is profiting somewhere. Especially when you have energy companies recording record profits!
