Team line up prediction for tomorrow

Post by Selsey Bill »

Following Tuesday night's performance I'd say this team pretty much picks itself, with the exception of perhaps swapping Scarlett for Pigott?

I’d go with that Bill the other question is has Robbo done enough to oust Morrison? Some of the players on Tuesday haven’t covered themselves in glory

I wonder about the left and right footed Central Defenders. Given that both Raggett and Morrison are right footed and Robertson is left footed. Raggett does not seem quite up to speed yet, this season. Is there a case for the pairing to be Robertson and Morrison. I also wonder whether Scarlett might be given a breather and Pigott be preferred to start.

I'd like to see Pigott start for Scarlett then start him on Tuesday. Keep Morrison and Raggs for now.

Morrison went off injured after 10 minutes Robertson the replacement, defence seems more balanced

Scarlett saw the desire to change him for Pigott and it incentivised him. This board has given Pompey the lead :-)

Maybe the Eisners will consider we have a good team, and a good chance of promotion, and will release some funds in order to recruit some quality?

Or maybe not!!! 😎
