Apologies for the board being unavailable for a while. It was in dire need of a software update. It is a very manual process with phpBB, so I hate doing it! I also had to upgrade underlying software versions e.g. PHP had to move from 5.x to 7.x because the previous phpBB version wouldn't work with newer versions of PHP. So all a bit scary, especially as I know how much you all depend on it
Maybe one day I'll look at porting it all to another platform that is easier to maintain.
Anyway, it is back up and appears to be all ship shape again. I'm checking each of the extensions that I've installed, as there could be version issues there too. So don;t be too surprised if some of the functionality looks to have disappeared temporarily e.g. the ability to embed videos.
