Re: Plymouth Argyle Match this saturday
No onslaught just quite simply we were out played in every area of the pitch
I would like to commend Plymouth for their attitude towards away supporters really nice to have a fan zone dedicated to us with food and plenty of beer available before the match helped soften the blow of our crap performance

Re: Plymouth Argyle Match this saturday
Away from football matters why do some people think they have a god given right because they have a ****** load of tattoos a silly flag on their neck and are somewhat large in appearance that they can sit where the hell they want
Again today we had to move along from our seats because of such a ******
Glad I’m mature with responsibility for my granddaughter in circumstances like this when younger I may have reacted differently

Now I will bl**dy rant according to the guy with 3 left feet Hackett we quote should be pleased with our performance in the middle of the park
Ffs what the hell does that mean
Lets just accept we were outplayed by a better team in every area of the pitch

There are statistics, statistics and damn lies, however those stats show the match how I saw it this afternoon standing in the Stands at the Barn Park end at Home Park.

Re: Plymouth Argyle Match this saturday
I thought most of the time we played with passion. The number of times Bishop was fouled and nothing given was unbelievable. The substitutes improved us and we really had a go for those last 25 minutes. Yes their possesion was more effective than ours they had a couple of players that stood out (the left winger Miller I think was particularly good). Our performance was better than at Bolton. The negativity on here is out of proportion!Pompey55 wrote: ↑Sun Feb 12, 2023 7:52 amProblem is the same old they used their possession more effectively than us thus why they are where they areBlueinPLtwenty wrote: ↑Sat Feb 11, 2023 11:09 pm Possession Home46%Away54%

Re: Plymouth Argyle Match this saturday
I’ve acknowledged that they played with more passion than we have seen most games but this game was a carbon copy of Peterborough plenty of passion and a late surge with fresh legs at the end we can’t keep giving teams a 2 goal head start away from home.
Quite simply JM has inherited a very limited squad of mostly average players whilst others like Plymouth and Peterborough have players who can turn a game when needed with similar budgets that fault lays clearly at Cowleys door hopefully Hughes and Moushino can address this in the summer
I’m just going to enjoy what’s left of the season with no expectation of any advancement in our position
At least games now are giving some entertainment and our support appears to appreciate it very little negativity at the game itself
Personally we had a good long enjoyable day out what more can we ask for at present

Re: Plymouth Argyle Match this saturday
I could only listen but it sounds like Raggett is getting increased criticism these days. It'll be interesting to see the selection on Tuesday.
Super Matt Macey in goal...
Re: Plymouth Argyle Match this saturday
It’s unfair to pick on an individual on limited evidence as I only ever see highlights but I have to say Ragget looks poor at defending.
Almost every opposition goal I see features a statuesque Ragget in the box looking over his shoulder to watch the ball in the net.
Seems like he needs a spell out of the firing line.
