Re: Milton Keeeeeyynes
I’d like to see
Rafferty Raggett Towler Ogilvie
Morrell Pack Lowery
Pigott Jacobs
Bishop
As the starting line up
With 3700 + sold it’s going to be equivalent almost to transferring the Fratton End to Milton Keynes

More than good enough for 3 points with that line up. I wouldn't be surprised if Dale starts though. But who knows.

Re: Milton Keeeeeyynes
It’s uplifting to know that nearly 4000 Pompey fans are heading to the match. Just wish I could have joined them. I purred during the week when FP got several mentions during a 5 live discussion about the great stadiums in the UK for atmosphere.

Re: Milton Keeeeeyynes
A sending off to put us on the defensive again. Cards could be the undoing of any play off place chance which I still believe is beyond us.
Mark Hateley and Alan Biley made my favourite season.

1-0 Pompey HT but Morrell sent off down to 10 men
Great goal from Ogilvie

Re: Milton Keeeeeyynes
What was the red card for? From where we were sitting it came as a massive surprise. I’m guessing something off the ball? And I can’t tell if it’s just bias as the majority of decisions went against us but it seemed like the ref had a very bad game from where we were sitting.

Re: Milton Keeeeeyynes
The suggestion is that Morrell headbutted the player he was on the ground with, during the aftermath of the corner where Pompey were given a free kick. The Referee did not see it apparently and the Linesman who was miles away advised the Ref. what he thought he saw. I watched on Ifollow and nothing was clear the information above was taken from 3 or 4 comments on the Forums and the conclusions of the Commentators.Sam_Brown wrote: ↑Fri Apr 07, 2023 5:19 pm What was the red card for? Re: Milton Keeeeeyynes
Sounded like we were on top until the sending off. Hopefully there's a decent camera angle to decide whether it's worth appealing.
