As we are all aware we have real strengths in several areas of the team however players like Swanson and Sparkes are unlucky to be on the sidelines. JM has now intimated that he will start to utilise players like these according to the opposition. My understanding of this is that JM recognises what abilities are needed and he will field the appropriate player. I think this makes sense especially for players like Swanny who deserves to be in the team as well as Raffs. Whether this practice will apply to centre backs I doubt very much as Poole and Shaughnessy are pretty much irreplaceable.Any thoughts on this?

Sparkes and Kamara have appeared in ever single league game apprently.
