Of course it could be absolutely anything.
I think you have to be pretty close with your selection :thumb
I would prefer Lane to Ritchie as Ritchie I thought apart from a few dead ball situations against Sunderland was pretty ineffective and Lane also brings a much needed defensive side to his game
I concur this looks more like the side JM will put out with Lane included. Although he has looked a bit light weight in previous games. He might consider using Silvera there by swapping Murphy over
Not as lightweight as Blair looked when he came on at Middlesbrough
It’s strange because Kamara never looked lightweight when he played for us. Not sure why that was because he didn’t have a solid build ? Might have been the way he just ghosted passed defenders ?

I agree, but I think we will start with Ritchie.

Two central defenders on the bench and rb playing there. Not sure about that.

Think it’s tactical for whatever reason?

Very strange team selection. Glad to see McIntyre back, but very harsh on Towler losing his place while Williams gets played out of position at CB. Not particularly happy to see Dozzell remain in the side with Potts and Kamara available. Good to see Murphy back and Poole on the bench. No Farrell in the squad though. Is he still injured or just left out? Let's hope the team comes out and performs from the start.
