Re: Well Worth A Listen...
That was a really interesting listen, particularly the details of how the club approach transfers and how the responsibilities are spread. It's a real team effort and the club will be patient as they go for the players they want. I know it has been said before, but Mous comes across as such an intelligent, well balanced person and I feel lucky to have him as our manager.

Just listened to it . Thanks for the link. So much to comment on. I’ll be interested to read what others have to say.

I'm just glad that the manager likes The Office and the HITW gets a name drop from him which should please a former member of This Parish.New Forester wrote: ↑Thu Sep 12, 2024 11:23 am Just listened to it . What struck me was how intense he is about his job. He will be a nightmare for his wife if things go badly. He gave really interesting insights about several aspects of his role, particularly in the recruitment process. He comes across as a decent man focused on doing a really good job. We all wish him success!

Personally, I feel very blessed that we have Mous, and that we should enjoy the journey because I suspect it could be a relatively short one. He is going places, hopefully with Pompey.
